How strong is your team?
Creating Your A-Team
The right team is the key to the success of a business. If you want your family business to thrive and grow, you need an A-team of talented and motivated family and non-family member employees. It sounds simple, but why is it so difficult for so many?
Facilitator Roberta Matuson of Matuson Consulting, and participants Bill Noonan of Contravisory and Michael Dowd, former CEO of Grand Circle Cruise Line at Grand Circle Corporation, will lead a discussion that will help you identify:
- Obstacles holding back growth within your family business
- Methods to develop a winning organizational culture
- Ways to attract, develop, and retain top talent within your family business
- How non-family members can be engaged and motivated
During this program, you will be given an opportunity to learn how you can better attract, develop, motivate, and retain the key players needed to improve and sustain your business.
